There are so many ways we can choose to implement positive changes in our lives, and our event, New Year, New You, on Wednesday, January 30th at 7:00 pm EST at Jacksonville Health and Wellness will help figure out what that is for you.
By becoming accountable for our lives and the various different components of work, play, health, relationships, and ‘me-time,’ we can really start to break down exactly why you might be feeling a little bit underwhelmed or unhappy so we can develop steps to counteract this.
Implementing a strategy that fits your idea of what health and happiness is (while also attending to your responsibilities) is our ultimate goal in sharing these tips and goal-achieving resources, so we really hope you’ll join us on Wednesday, January 30th at 7:00 pm EST!

By taking the time to consider our goals, set intentions for them, and break down achievable smaller steps for ourselves to get there, it becomes a little bit easier. This is what we will help you achieve.
The 3 W’s that we will discuss during this event will allow you to consider your New Year’s goals in a different light. WHAT do you want to achieve? WHY do you want to achieve it? And WHEN is your head telling you will be a realistic time-frame to do it all by?

We’ll be sharing useful resources and motivational material during this event to help you become accountable, set goals that stick, take back control of your life, and to help yourself along the way.
We believe we all have the potential to live a fulfilled, happy, healthy, and guilt-free life. It is only by examining the different elements of our individual lives and implementing strategies to fit these that we can hope to make any sort of lasting changes.
